Having long been fascinated by the multifaceted real estate industry, Nichole took up a Diploma in Real Estate Business, which then laid the groundwork for a career in facility management. Despite the appeal of stability which her job offered, her inclination towards assisting homeowners and home investors in making the most of their properties, saw her taking a leap of faith in veering towards her vocation— that of being a real estate agent.

 

Making a pivot in her career had been a challenge in itself, which was further accentuated by the onset of Covid-19. With her steadfastness in furthering her clients’ property investment journeys, Nichole was able to, employing The S.A.F.E Method, assimilate her pertinent knowledge amidst the rapidly digitalised real estate industry.

 

Nichole’s dedication to serving the needs of her clients had not gone unnoticed by her clients-turned-friends. Within three years, she has been established as one of the younger up-and-coming property agents in PropNex Realty.
