Homes have always held a form of wonder for him, and it is also in homes that Loges Waran found his vocation.

 

Growing up in a 3-room flat, Loges views properties as, more than an abode, a space that houses one’s dreams.

 

Serving as a regular in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) did not diminish the spark that had ignited within Loges when he was younger— specifically, his wish to support people in attaining their ideal home. In fact, overseeing training matters and the organisation’s day-to-day operations saw the values which his SAF experience instilled in him, take on a new significance in the real estate industry, as Loges came to meet people from diverse backgrounds.

 

Understanding how everyone has their own stories, Loges is, throughout his career as a property agent, anchored by his empathy. He takes into account each client’s unique needs and their particular situation, so that he could help them navigate their goals strategically, beyond the transaction itself. Loges has thus become a realtor whom clients could trust for property-related matters.
